Automatic nightly backup is performed automatically by the server and is only kept for 24 hours, being replaced by the next one. If the site suffers a failure or undetected attack during that period, the backup could be defective, leaving you without a proper copy for restoration. In contrast, Professional backup management stores copies of the last 30 days, allowing the site to be restored to a known and safe prior point, avoiding incorrect backups.
This service uses the available backup copy according to your plan to restore, as quickly as possible (critical response), the website to its original functional state. Our team handles the entire technical process to minimize downtime.

  • Programming level changes not related to security or performance maintenance.
  • Costs of servers, domains, licenses for themes or plugins, among others (these must be covered by the client).
  • Everything not explicitly mentioned in the plans.
